10 g vanilla sugar;
1, 5 Art. tablespoons of butter;

peeled peanuts or almonds - to taste.
In addition, you will need to prepare inventory: a bowl, an enamel saucepan, a spatula, a whisk, a crush, and molds for chocolate.
Cooking mint chocolate
Tear off all the leaves from the mint sprigs, rinse, dry and transfer to a bowl. Then add sugar to this ingredient. Add chili, vanilla and cinnamon there. All this must be thoroughly grinded and left for a while so that the mint has time to give juice.
Pour cocoa into a saucepan and add milk to it. Mix ingredients thoroughly. You should get a paste. Hot water is introduced into it in small portions. After which the mixture is stirred again and heated over low heat. It is important at this time to ensure that it does not burn. Therefore, the mass must be stirred continuously. You should get a homogeneous consistency that can be removed from heat in a few minutes.
Take mint with sugar and rub it again. Then mix the mixture with the chocolate paste. Add a small amount of water to it and put on a small fire. It is necessary to stir it constantly so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Then you need to add butter there and mix again. The mass should become homogeneous. When it starts to shine a little, it will need to be removed from the heat and allowed to cool slightly. But you do not need to wait until the mass has completely thickened and becomes almost cold, since then it will not work out of it to make chocolate.
Take a mold and line it with foil. Place the first piece of chocolate in a thin layer. Then spread the filling (almonds or peanuts) evenly and then add the rest of the mixture. If you want to make mint chocolate without additives, then you can pour a slightly cooled mass into the mold immediately, without making layers.
Allow the chocolate to cool down at room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator. After a few hours, you can enjoy the mint delicacy. It will surely please not only kids, but also adults.
