Mint ice cream with chocolate chunks has an amazing refreshing taste. The unusual combination of ingredients turned out to be very successful. I suggest you make this dessert.
It is necessary
- - fresh milk - 0.5 l;
- - cream 30% - 250 ml;
- - sugar - 125 g;
- - fresh spinach - 50 g;
- - mint - 1 bunch;
- - egg yolks - 3 pcs.;
- - chocolate - 70 g.
Instructions
Step 1
After thoroughly rinsing the spinach leaves, place them in a suitable saucepan along with granulated sugar and a glass of fresh milk. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 2
After the time has elapsed, remove this mixture from the stove and whisk it using an immersion blender. Rub the formed mass with a spoon, then, passing it through a fine sieve into a separate cup, remove it for a while until it cools completely.
Step 3
In the meantime, rinse the mint sprigs thoroughly. Then place it in a clean, separate container and cover with the rest of the fresh milk. After boiling the mixture formed, remove it from the stove and do not touch it for 30 minutes. After the time has passed, strain the milky-mint liquid and leave to cool.
Step 4
Beat raw egg yolks with a mixer, add mint and spinach milk to them. Mix everything as it should. After pouring the resulting mixture into a thick-walled dish, heat it over low heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick.
Step 5
After removing the dishes with the thickened mixture from the stove, add the cream to it. After mixing everything properly, let the mixture cool down.
Step 6
Place the cooled mass in a prepared plastic container and put it in the freezer for about 60 minutes. After the time has elapsed, stir the frozen mass using a whisk and send it back to freeze for an hour. Repeat this procedure 3 more times.
Step 7
When you stir the ice cream for the last time, add the chopped chocolate into it.
Step 8
Let the dessert solidify completely, then serve it in bowls or glass goblets. Mint ice cream with chocolate chunks is ready!
