In normal cooking, eggs are exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time. The protein hardens and loses some of its nutrients. Poached eggs are free from this disadvantage. They cook quickly without the shell and can be a pleasant addition to your salad or sandwich, and are also served as a separate dish with various sauces. Imagine! Make yourself tasty and unusual every breakfast - prepare poached eggs yourself in one of the ways.
It is necessary
-
- fresh eggs;
- water (1 liter);
- wide saucepan;
- table vinegar 9% (1 tablespoon);
- salt (1 tsp);
- ladle;
- a cup;
- cling film.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and vinegar. Close the lid and put on high heat, let it boil.
Step 2
Get busy preparing the main product. Eggs cooked without a hard shell are subject to minimal thermal effects, so they must be thoroughly washed with soap. Then dry with a paper towel or napkin, and then use one of the methods of boiling poached eggs.
Step 3
The first way. Break the egg into a cup. Be careful not to damage the yolk.
Step 4
Heat under the pan to a minimum, the water should just boil. Dip a spoon in the water and start stirring the water so that a deep funnel spins in the center of the pot. Be careful not to splash boiling water on yourself.
Step 5
Bring the cup to the water itself and quickly pour the contents into the funnel. Use a spoon to turn the egg in the pan, it should not stick to the bottom. Make sure that the protein rags are not scattered over the pan, but wrapped around your product.
Step 6
Boil the egg for three minutes. Use a perforated spoon to remove it from the pan and place it on a plate or sandwich. The poached egg should be eaten hot.
Step 7
The second method is for those who are not sure that they can spin the correct funnel. Crack the egg into a small ladle. Dip it into a saucepan.
Step 8
Boil an egg in a ladle in boiling water. Don't worry about the water getting onto the protein. It will merge easily afterwards.
Step 9
Remove the ladle after three minutes. Drain off excess water. Use the edge of a knife to trim off the edges of the squirrel that have adhered to the surface of the ladle. Transfer the cooked poached egg to a plate and cover with the hot broth.
Step 10
Third way. Line a cup with cling film. Break an egg there, salt. Tie or twist the ends of the film so that the egg stays inside.
Step 11
Grasp the plastic ponytail and dip the egg into boiling water. Leave to simmer in a plastic bag for four minutes.
Step 12
Remove the boiled egg from the pan and cut the cling film with scissors.
