It is better to choose pumpkins that are elongated and small in size. It is also necessary to store the pumpkin correctly - in a cool, dry place so that its pulp retains its rich bright orange color and juicy taste for as long as possible.

Pumpkin is universal: you can cook first and second courses from it, and even desserts. If you cook pumpkin with the addition of spices and other vegetables, you get a wonderful diet pumpkin soup. However, the most interesting taste can be obtained by baking pumpkin: due to its high sugar content, pumpkin is considered an ideal ingredient for pies and casseroles. Making pumpkin pie is easy.
