Chicken liver salad

The salad is quite light, hearty and healthy. You will prepare it if you purchase the following products. Here's what you need:

- 400 g of chicken liver;

- 70 ml of vegetable oil;

- 2 onions;

- 150 g of pickled champignons;

- 400 g of potatoes;

- 150 g of pickled cucumbers;

- 70 g of walnuts;

- 100 g of mayonnaise;

- 50 g of hard cheese;

- 2 sweet peppers for decoration;

- ground pepper, salt to taste.

First of all, rinse and boil the potatoes in their skins. Then cool it down, clean off the "uniform".

Peel the onions, cut into strips. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry the onion until transparent. Reduce heat to low, add liver pieces. Fry them until tender under a closed lid, remembering to stir. Season with salt, pepper, stir and cool.

Chop the nuts with a knife. Cut each mushroom into halves, turn them 90 degrees, chop thinly in the form of plates. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Chop the potatoes in the same way.

Put all prepared components of the "Watch" salad in a deep dish, add mayonnaise, mix.

Place the salad in a round clock on a platter. Place a plate or lid with a smaller diameter in the middle. Sprinkle the edges with ground nuts. Remove the lid, plate and sprinkle the surface with grated cheese.

Cut the red peppers into thin strips. Post them timestamps. Make the hands on the dial out of the longer strips or two, connected together. The clock-shaped salad can be served immediately.

And here is another recipe for a snack dish on the same topic. You will need:

- 350 g turkey fillet;

- 150 g of prunes;

- 100 g of walnuts;

- 5 chicken eggs;

- 100 g of hard cheese;

- salt, mayonnaise;

- for decoration - raw carrots.

Boil the chicken fillet, cool, cut into small pieces. Boil the eggs too, fill them with cold water, let them cool. After that, you can easily peel off the shell from them.

Rinse the prunes, cover with hot water for 15 minutes. Cool, chop finely. Spread the nuts in portions on a board, chop with a knife, set aside. Grind the cheese using the small holes of the grater. Separate the whites from the yolks, grate the last on a fine grater, the whites on a coarse grater. Place them in separate containers as well.

On a flat large plate, lay the sliced turkey in a circle, add salt, cover with a small layer of mayonnaise. Pour yolks on it, prunes on them, then cheese, walnuts. Apply a little mayonnaise on all these layers. The top layer is proteins. This is the heart of the dial. Cut out Roman or Arabic numerals from carrots, lay them along the edges. You can limit yourself to the numbers 12, 3, 6 and 6. Make arrows from the carrots, put them in place. After an hour, the salad can be served and tasted.
