There are such dishes - symbols that are able to gather the whole family, relatives and friends at one table. As a rule, these dishes are prepared from poultry meat. Whole baked goose with fruit turns out to be very tasty, and its magnificent smell immediately creates a feeling of special, homely comfort.

- goose - 1 piece;
- green apples - 3 pieces;
- oranges - 3 pieces;
- dried apricots - 50 grams;
- prunes - 50 grams;
- walnuts - 50 grams;
- onion - 1 piece;
- ground pepper (red and black) - to taste;
- salt to taste;
- vegetable oil;
- greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash apples and oranges thoroughly, peel and seeds and cut into small cubes. Mix them with walnut kernels, prunes and apricots.
Step 2
Gently gut the goose carcass, salt and pepper on the inside and outside, sprinkle with red pepper, and rub inside with garlic.
Step 3
Stuff the goose with the prepared filling and sew up so that the skin does not break.
Step 4
Lubricate the carcass on all sides with vegetable oil, place on a deep baking sheet or rooster, and place chopped apples (in the peel) and a peeled onion next to it.
Step 5
Close the dishes with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Step 6
Roast the goose for 2-3 hours, pouring fat and juice from the poultry every 30 minutes.
Step 7
20-25 minutes before the dish is ready, remove the lid, pour out the remaining fat, pour with orange juice and brown in the oven without a lid.
Step 8
The dish should be served hot, sprinkled with herbs, overlaid with stewed apples and slices of fresh orange.
