The original recipe for curd casserole: a light, low-calorie dessert or, if served, a second course. The casserole is quick and easy to prepare, requiring no culinary experience. The mass preparation time is 5 minutes. Baked in the microwave for about 20 minutes.
It is necessary
- cottage cheese 300g
- egg 1pc
- milk 0.5 cups
- tomato 1pc
- prunes (handful)
- spices (coriander, cinnamon, anise)
- fruit yogurt as a dressing, to taste
- This amount of ingredients is designed for one to two servings.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the cottage cheese in a mold (the dishes must be microwave-safe), mash it so that there are no large lumps. Use only natural fresh cottage cheese, preferably rustic, no additives.
Step 2
Take a fresh, ripe, medium-sized tomato. Cut it into thin slices, put it on the curd.
Step 3
Add finely chopped prunes, move.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and milk as if for an omelet, add spices to your taste: cinnamon, coriander, anise. Pour the cottage cheese with the resulting mixture, mix all the ingredients. Make sure the tomatoes do not release juice.
Step 5
Place the dish in the microwave, cover with a lid. Cook the casserole for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
