- green salad - 1 head of cabbage;

- ½ chicken breast;

- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;

- pitted olives - 1 can;

- feta cheese - to taste;

- olive oil for dressing;

- salt to taste.

Cut the breast in half and place in a preheated frying pan. Pour olive oil into the pan, but a little so that the chicken is not greasy. Cool the meat and cut into small pieces.

- fresh cucumbers - 200 g;

- celery root - 200 g;

- peeled shrimps - 200 g;

- avocado - 4 pcs.;

- mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream or low-fat yogurt).

Grate celery - it is better to choose large cells. Do the same with cucumbers. Cut the avocado into 2 parts, carefully remove the pulp and cut it into strips. Boil the shrimps. Mix everything, add the dressing and place in the remaining avocado skins.

There is one more original dish, which has a rich and interesting taste and aroma. For it you will need:

- salad greens - 300 g;

- avocado - 1 pc.;

- orange - 1 pc.;

- red onion - ½ pcs.;

- fried chopped almonds.

For refueling:

- vegetable oil - ½ tbsp.;

- wine vinegar - 1/4 tbsp.;

- honey - 1 tablespoon;

- sugar - 1 tablespoon;

- salt - ½ tsp;

- paprika - ½ tsp
