We present to your attention a recipe for a very tasty, delicate and sufficient unusual dish called meat soufflé. It will be able to diversify both festive and dining tables.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of meat (you can take absolutely any);
  • 1 glass of 10% cream;
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 200 g of cow's milk;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 30 g of cow oil.

Preparation:

  1. First, you need to prepare the meat. It needs to be thoroughly rinsed and cut into not very large pieces. Then the meat pieces must be boiled, for this you need a double boiler. The fact is that such meat will be much more tender, and the possibility of gaining excess liquid is also excluded, which is a big plus when making soufflés. The meat should be cooked for 25 minutes.
  2. After the meat pieces are ready, they need to be transferred to a blender. Next, chop the meat well.
  3. Add milk to the meat in a blender, break the eggs and pour in the cream. You also need to add all the spices there, namely: salt, pepper, nutmeg. And if you wish, you can add dried herbs, for example: marjoram, parsley, basil or dill. Then turn on the blender and mix all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Prepare a soufflé baking dish. It must be thoroughly smeared with softened cow oil. When the form is prepared, the resulting mass from the blender should be transferred into it.
  5. Next, you need to place the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. The soufflé is baked for half an hour. After the meat soufflé is ready, it must be cooled and only then cut into portions. If you want to serve this dish hot, then you need to bake it in portioned dishes.
