- eggs - 5 pcs;
- sugar - 2 incomplete glasses (360 g);
- butter - 100 g;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- flour - 250 g;
- soda - 1/3 teaspoon;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l. without a slide;
- chopped walnuts or hazelnuts - 70 g.
- For chocolate glaze:
- sour cream - 2 tbsp;
- butter - 50 g;
- sugar - 3 tbsp;
- cocoa - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Take softened butter and mash it with half the sugar. Then beat the eggs into a separate bowl, add the rest of the sugar, gently whisking the mixture with a whisk or blender. Put baking soda and baking powder in sour cream and mix well. After that, add the butter-egg mixture to the sour cream and mix again. Add flour to the mixture, sifted through a sieve, and mix thoroughly again.
Step 2
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add cocoa sifted through a fine sieve to one part of the dough, mix thoroughly. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs (you can line the baking dish with parchment).
Step 3
Put 2 tablespoons of light dough in the very center of the mold. Then pour 2 tablespoons of dark dough into the center of the light dough. Thus, alternating layers, lay out all the dough. Bake the cake for about 45-60 minutes in a preheated oven at 170-180 ° C.
Step 4
If the cake is very browned, but is not baked inside, then cover the top of the cake with foil and bring it to readiness. Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool slightly and carefully remove from the mold. Decorate the cooled cake with chocolate icing or brush with condensed milk, sprinkle with chopped walnuts or hazelnuts.

Saturate the cake with sour cream if desired. To prepare it, take 250 ml of sour cream and beat with 0.5 cups of sugar. Cut the cooled cake into 2 cakes. Lubricate the first crust with cream, cover with the second and fill with chocolate icing.
Step 6
Prepare the chocolate icing as follows: put a saucepan on a low heat, put sour cream, add butter, sugar and cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly so that no lumps form, and cook until the sugar dissolves (bring to a boil). Once the frosting has cooled, apply it to the cake.
