It is necessary

    • Fresh trout;
    • spices for fish;
    • olive oil;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Take fresh trout. You can choose any trout to your taste: rainbow, mountain brook, amber or sea trout. The freshness of a trout is determined by its gills. You should buy chilled fish and look at the gills before purchasing. To do this, lift the gill wings and evaluate the color. Red to bright pink gills indicate that the fish is fresh. Otherwise, you shouldn't buy trout.

Step 2

Scale the fish. Rainbow, mountain-stream or amber is very easy to clean. Take a teaspoon or tablespoon and turn it with the convex side up. Swipe the scales and remove it. Peeling the trout will turn out not only quickly, but also very carefully. Scales in the kitchen will not scatter. Sea trout can be peeled completely or peeled with a spoon.

Step 3

Peel the interior of the trout, if necessary. To do this, make a neat incision from the lower fin almost to the gills. If you touch the gallbladder, the taste of the fish will deteriorate. It will become bitter.

Step 4

Brush a baking sheet with olive oil. It is the olive oil that has the necessary thickness and gives its unique aroma to the future dish. It should not be replaced with sunflower. Set the oven to preheat.

Step 5

Place mountain brook, amber, or rainbow trout on a baking sheet without cutting. If you took sea trout, you should first cut it into pieces about 1-1.5 thick. The result will be steaks. If properly cut and dropped into the intervertebral regions, special efforts are not required to create steaks.

Step 6

Season the trout with salt, sprinkle with spices and coat with olive oil. Rub the fish with spices and salt on all sides and very carefully. Otherwise, the trout may turn out a little dry. This can be corrected with Tartar sauce (mix mayonnaise with fish spices).

Step 7

Bake the trout in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. If the oven has several settings, then you should select the "Top heating" or "Grill" mode.

Step 8

Roast the trout for 25-30 minutes. In the "Grill" mode, the fish can be baked for about 40 minutes. Its taste will depend on the species. If you choose amber trout, it will be very soft and tender. Rainbow trout is sweetish, not very different from mountain brook trout. These are all types of trout with white meat. Red fish lovers should pay attention to sea trout, which is distinguished by its bright taste.
