Representatives of many countries prepare pancakes. Classic recipes differ in composition, but the pancakes are equally tasty and aromatic. In Russia, pancakes appeared many centuries ago. To this day, they are cooked and consumed with pleasure.
How to make delicious pancakes
The main condition is to make a good dough. It is prepared with water, milk, kefir, yogurt and even cucumber pickle. Be sure to add eggs, salt, flour of any kind and sugar. Homemade eggs are more natural and healthy than store eggs. One or two pieces are usually put into the dough.
Flour must be passed through a sieve, then the pancakes are delicate in taste. Sometimes its amount does not match the one indicated in the recipe. When the dough comes out too liquid, a little flour is added to it, the main thing is not to overdo it. It is better to add sugar to your own taste. Slaked soda should be put in the pancake dough. If you do not add it, then the pancakes will turn out to be rubbery and not so tasty.
Lumps often form in the dough. To reduce them, use food at room temperature for cooking. First, combine the eggs and bulk ingredients, including the flour. Then add a little yogurt or milk, that is, a liquid base. When the dough is the right consistency, let it brew a little.
Lemon zest, vanillin, cinnamon or cocoa are added to the base for pancakes. This gives them a special aroma and taste. Pancakes are served with a variety of fillings. Step by step recipe for pancakes
Pancakes made for breakfast are very satisfying and tasty, making them quick and easy. For their preparation, only high-quality products are needed:
- yogurt, without fruit pieces - 250 g;
- chicken eggs - one piece;
- granulated sugar - 30 g;
- salt - a small pinch;
- drinking water - half a glass;
- baking soda - 3 g;
- wheat flour - 250-300 g;
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
A step-by-step recipe includes several steps:
- First step. Take a bowl and put the yogurt in it without any additives. Plain homemade yogurt works best, without fruit or berry pieces. We drive one egg into it, add sugar and salt and sifted flour. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk or mixer. The dough should be of a uniform consistency, without any lumps.
- Second step. Dissolve soda in 125 ml of hot water and add the mixture to the dough. Let it stand for a few minutes. After that, pour in vegetable oil and mix well.
- Third step. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour a small amount of dough on it. We bake a pancake on one side, turn it over and fry it on the other. Put the prepared pancakes on a plate and serve with sour cream or jam.
Pancakes in a slow cooker
Delicious breakfast for the whole family. It does not take much time to prepare it. The dough can be made in advance, put in the refrigerator, and in the morning you can fry hearty pancakes. They go well with any filling. For example, you can serve pancakes with jam or condensed milk.
To prepare them you will need:
- wheat flour - 100 g;
- chicken eggs - one piece;
- granulated sugar - 20 g;
- plain yogurt - 250 ml;
- sunflower oil - 80 ml;
- salt - a fine pinch.
The dough can be prepared in advance or just before frying. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, salt and sugar, and the egg. We take the milk out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature. Then the ingredients mix better. Add 50 ml of vegetable oil to the mass. Then we pass the flour through a sieve and add it in small portions to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Gently mix the dough with a whisk. If it turns out to be too liquid, add a little more sifted flour. The dough should turn out to be homogeneous, in consistency, like liquid sour cream. We leave it at room temperature for half an hour.
We raise the heating element of the multicooker and fix it in the upper position. We put on it a special frying pan that comes in the set. We set the “Multipovar” program, the cooking time is 22 minutes. We turn on "Start" and after four minutes we start frying. Pour some oil into the pan. When it is completely dispersed, add a small portion of the dough and distribute it evenly. Fry until tender. Put the pancakes on a plate. You can grease each of them with butter. Then the pancakes will be softer and more flavorful. If there is not enough time, we start the mode again.
Yeast pancakes
Yeast pancakes with yogurt are lush and aromatic. Their taste depends on which dairy product is used. To prepare them, you should purchase:
- yogurt - 200-250 ml;
- drinking water - 50-100 ml;
- fresh yeast - 15 g;
- wheat flour - 150-200 g;
- sugar - 30 g;
- fresh eggs - two pieces;
- salt - a small pinch;
- vegetable oil - 35 ml for dough and 30 ml for cooking.
In a saucepan, mix the liquid yoghurt and water. We heat this mixture so that it becomes warm. Add yeast to it in the required amount, mix. Pour in salt and granulated sugar. We leave the mixture for half an hour so that the tremors begin to act.
Sift flour with a sieve. Drive two chicken eggs into the present yeast and pour in sunflower oil. Gently mix everything with a whisk. Now add a little flour so that no lumps form. The dough should be thicker than for pancakes without yeast. We leave it for half an hour.
We drip oil into a frying pan and put it on medium or low heat. When it warms up, pour the dough in an even layer. Then we shift the pancake to the opposite side and fry until golden brown. We do the same with the rest of the test. Periodically add oil to the pan so that the pancakes are not attracted.
Ready-made pancakes should come out fluffy and soft. They are good on their own, but with the filling they will be more satisfying. This is a good breakfast option to recharge your batteries for the day.
Pancakes on yogurt from a bottle
A very simple and quick recipe. The cooking process is simplified due to the usual bottle, in which it is convenient to store the dough. Twist the bottle and put it in the refrigerator. For such a recipe, the following products are needed:
- drinking water - 100 ml;
- liquid yogurt - 400-500 ml;
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons;
- sugar - 50 g;
- salt - a small pinch;
- wheat flour - one glass;
- soda - half a teaspoon;
- fresh eggs - two pieces.
We take a regular plastic bottle, pre-washed and dried. Better to use from under water, rather than some kind of drink. This will prevent the food from acquiring foreign odors. We put a watering can on the neck, add all the ingredients through it. Pour in salt with granulated sugar and sifted flour. Then add eggs, liquid yogurt and sunflower oil there. Separately fill the soda with hot water, mix and send it to the bottle. We twist it quickly and shake it for five minutes.
It is important that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed until smooth. Leave the dough at room temperature for half an hour. If it comes out liquid enough, add flour. To get rid of lumps, filter the mass through a sieve, and then return it back to the bottle.
Preheat a frying pan with oil. Pour some dough from the bottle and fry it on both sides. To get patterned pancakes, we make one or more holes in the lid. Pour the dough through the holes, drawing a variety of patterns.
