Creamy yoghurt with coffee-caramel sauce not only looks tempting, but the taste properties of the cream are simply excellent.
It is necessary
- Ingredients:
- - 5 packs of gelatin,
- - 50 ml heavy cream,
- - 300 g of yogurt (0.3% fat),
- - 300 g of yogurt (3.5% fat),
- - 100 ml of strong coffee,
- - 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- - 30 g sugar
- - 50 g cane sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Step 2
Stir two yoghurts, plain sugar and vanilla sugar until an airy mass is obtained.
Step 3
Take the gelatin out of the water into a small saucepan and add a couple of tablespoons of water. Melt in a water bath. Stir gently and pour 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the gelatin.
Step 4
Mix all the gelatin with the remaining yogurt.
Step 5
Take 4 coffee cups and rinse them with cold water, distribute the yogurt evenly over the cups. Cover with cling film and set aside in a cold place for 6 hours, or better leave it until morning.
Step 6
Melt the sugar in a saucepan over low heat until brown. Gently pour in the coffee mixed with cream, cook for a couple of minutes, so that the mass becomes thick like caramel. We'll put it aside until later.
Step 7
Cut along the edges of the bowl with a thin knife, dip the bowl in hot water for a few seconds and turn the cream onto a plate. Top it with caramel.
