Instructions

Step 1

Marinated veal for frying Prepare a thick plastic bag. Cut the meat into pieces and place in a bag. Cut the onion into 4-6 pieces. Divide the garlic into wedges, but do not peel them. Finely chop the parsley. Place everything in a bowl or saucepan. Add red wine, mustard, 2-3 bay leaves, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and put the mixture in a bag with meat. Shake the bag vigorously several times so that all the pieces of meat are in the marinade. Tie the bag, put it in a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. After browning the meat, you can use the marinade to prepare the veal sauce.

Step 2

Pickled veal for skewers Chop the onion into large rings and the garlic cloves into slices. Place everything in a large bowl. Add red wine, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and mix. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid, place the weight on top. The veal should stand in the marinade for about 3-4 hours, after which you can cook tender and juicy kebabs.

Step 3

Cut the meat into small pieces and coat each with just-cooked marinade. Place the meat in a saucepan, cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Do not rinse the marinade off before baking the meat in the oven.
