  • vodka - 2 tablespoons

Step 1

At the beginning, you need to carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks and add milk, salt, vodka to them.

Step 2

Beat all the ingredients and add flour little by little. The dough should be very tough. It turns out very little, but when you bake, you will be surprised how much brushwood you get.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut off a small piece and roll it into a very thin layer. The thinner the dough, the better the brushwood will crunch.
