You can bake a lot for tea, only sometimes you want something light and not very sweet. You don't want unleavened crackers or plain biscuits. And I can't cook for a long time, I get bored of standing at the stove every day. The brushwood is very light and takes only half an hour to cook. And how nice it is to drink tea with him and treat relatives.

- egg yolk - 5 pieces
- milk - 5 tablespoons
- salt - a pinch
- vodka - 2 tablespoons
- flour - 1-2 cups
- vegetable oil - 300-500 g
- icing sugar - 10-50 g to taste

Step 1
At the beginning, you need to carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks and add milk, salt, vodka to them.

Beat all the ingredients and add flour little by little. The dough should be very tough. It turns out very little, but when you bake, you will be surprised how much brushwood you get.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut off a small piece and roll it into a very thin layer. The thinner the dough, the better the brushwood will crunch.

Cut the dough into different figures. You can just use ordinary strips, you can roll these strips into a tube. Or we cut a hole in the middle of the strip and thread the edge of the strip through it. Most importantly, the thinner the dough, the more products.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over high heat, after which it is advisable to reduce the heat to below medium. You can fry brushwood. Remember to add oil as it decreases.
Step 7
Gently lower the products into hot oil and fry on both sides until the brushwood turns golden.
Step 8
You can put the finished products in a colander at the beginning to drain excess oil, and then transfer them to a separate bowl or baking sheet.
After frying a small amount of brushwood, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar and so on until the end of cooking.
