History of the origin of dumplings
Dumplings came to us from the north, where for a long time they served as almost the main course. One of their main advantages is that they are stored for a long time without losing all their nutritional properties. Their traditional version is made from a mixture of different types of meat. Pork and beef are more commonly used. But there are options from chicken, turkey, fish, etc.
This dish is very nutritious, which is especially important in harsh climates. But today they have become widespread due to their taste and ease of preparation. Dumplings can hardly be attributed to festive or New Year's snacks, but they will come in handy in the everyday menu.
