It is necessary

  • - 500 g dumplings (store or homemade)
  • - 500-600 g champignons
  • - 150 g of Russian cheese
  • - 2 onions
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • - salt - to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Boil store dumplings so that they are only half ready. If these are homemade dumplings, you can skip them immediately after modeling.

Step 2

Finely chop the mushrooms. Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan. When the onion is translucent, add the mushrooms to it and cover. When water begins to appear in the mushrooms, the lid can be removed. After the water has evaporated, fry the mushrooms until light golden.

Step 3

Put the dumplings on the bottom of the pot, and on top of a tablespoon of mushrooms, then again a layer of dumplings and a spoonful of mushrooms, and so on - until the pot is full. Pour grated cheese on top of each pot.

Step 4

Bake the dumplings in the oven at 200 degrees. Remove the finished pots from the oven and sprinkle with chopped dill. Serve hot or warm. When the dumplings are cool, it is better to heat them in the microwave, they are not so tasty when cold.
