  • For filling:
  • - cottage cheese - 400 g;
  • - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • - lemon zest - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • - egg - 2 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour milk into the container of the bread machine, salt it, add sugar, softened butter, 1 egg and 1 egg white. Pour in flour mixed with dry yeast.

Step 2

Place the container in the bread maker and select the "Yeast dough" mode. Click on the start button.

Step 3

While the dough is kneading in the bread maker, prepare the filling for the cheesecakes. Mash cottage cheese with 1 egg and sugar until smooth. Add the zest and stir again.
