Dandelion jam.
- Soak the flowers of young dandelions in cold salted water for half an hour (to remove the bitterness).
- Dry.
- Cut the lemon with zest into small pieces.
- Pour honey over the ingredients.
- Add cinnamon / cloves (optional).
Pumpkin jam.
- Grate the peeled pumpkin.
- Add finely chopped lemon (you can with zest).
- Pour honey over the ingredients.
- Shade with cinnamon for taste (optional).
Step 3
Place in a cool, dark place for long-term storage.
