Easter is a holiday loved by many, a bright holiday, symbolizing the awakening of nature after winter, the rebirth of life after death. Easter is also met by raw foodists, and one of the indispensable attributes of Easter - a decorated egg - can be prepared from raw products.

Step 1
The Raw Easter Egg is a cake made from ground nuts with poppy seeds and banana.
This cake is hearty, tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.
Step 2
To make a raw Easter egg, take 200 grams of peeled raw hazelnuts, put them in a bowl, and fill them with water. Let us leave the nuts for 1 - 3 hours, or more, even overnight. Salt the water, and grind the hazelnuts using a blender or a conventional meat grinder.
We will do the same with the poppy seeds. Take half a glass of poppy seeds, fill it with water and leave for 1-3 hours or overnight. Drain the water through a strainer. Poppy can be rubbed a little in a mortar, but not necessary.
Now mix the poppy seeds with the prepared hazelnuts. And add the peeled banana. Grind everything together with your hands or a fork.
Step 3
Let's start forming eggs. This can be done in two ways.
The first method: with wet hands, take about 1-2 tablespoons of the mass and sculpt balls with our hands, which we give an egg-shaped shape.
The second way: take two halves from plastic kinder eggs (those with a spoon), cover the halves with cling film, put the mass tightly in both halves, fold the halves and carefully remove the molds and film.
Step 4
When all the eggs are ready, decorate them by rolling them in multi-colored coconut flakes. But this step is not necessary, as eggs are beautiful on their own.
