1 kg of fresh non-acidic cottage cheese, 200 g of butter, 2/3 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 140 g of almonds, a pinch of vanillin, candied orange fruits for decoration

Step 1
Boil and chop the eggs. Rub cottage cheese and eggs through a sieve. Whip the cream and sugar separately.
Step 2
Add softened butter, whipped cream, vanillin, roasted chopped almonds to the curd mass and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Cover the mold with holes in the bottom (pasochny) with damp gauze, fill with prepared curd mass, cover the top with the edges of gauze, put a little oppression and refrigerate for 12 hours. Cut out thin strips from candied orange fruits and lay out the letters "X" and "B".
