Raw cakes are not baked in the oven. Making them is simple and quick: it will take no more than 10 minutes to cook. These cakes are as sweet and attractive as regular cakes, but don't add any puffiness to the waist.

Instructions
Step 1
Cake.
Take one part of coconut or cake (dry residue after juicing) fruits / sweet vegetables and one to three parts of nuts.
Another option for the crust: four parts of nuts and one part of dried fruit.
We put everything in a blender and grind until smooth.
Add honey or syrup to the resulting "dough" to taste.
Form the cake on a flat plate.
Step 2
Cream.
For a cream, it is good to use a banana or avocado with dried fruit.
Beat the ingredients in a blender until creamy. If it's too thick, add a little water. If desired, you can add syrup, honey, lemon or lime juice, and lemon or orange zest.
Step 3
Lubricate the previously obtained cake with cream.
Decorate the top of the cake with poppy seeds, fresh berries, pieces of fruit, cinnamon, coconut or walnuts, etc.
