Ginger tea

You will need:

- Art. a spoonful of ginger;

- teaspoon of currant leaves;

Peel the ginger root, grate. Mix all ingredients and pour hot water at 90-95 degrees (300 ml). Let the tea brew for 10-15 minutes, divide it into three parts (100 ml each) and drink it throughout the day. This drink has a unique taste and aroma.

You will need:
