Milk is one of the most important foods for our body. It is useful for absolutely everyone, and especially for children, the elderly and expectant mothers. Milk does not have to be drunk in its original form. This product can be used to make delicious fruit cocktails. For example, a banana milkshake will perfectly refresh in the heat and quench your thirst.
Any milkshake itself is not only a tasty drink, but also healthy. If your child is not delighted with milk, then any baby will like such a cocktail, especially if it is in a tall glass, and even with a straw.
Preparing this drink is as easy as shelling pears. You only need four ingredients:
- milk 500 ml
- banana 2 pcs
- sugar
- cinnamon
We peel the bananas, set them in large pieces and fill them with milk. Add a pinch of sugar and cinnamon to this mass. If the bananas are too sweet, then you don't need sugar. Cinnamon is also optional. It only adds a special flavor to your cocktail.
Such a milkshake, however, like any other, can be supplemented with the addition of ice cream. It will need 200 gr. Ice cream should be added to the milk banana mass and mixed thoroughly with a blender. Pour the cocktail into tall glasses and add a straw.
