Step 1
Strawberry jam
Sort the berries from cuttings and leaves. Rinse well under running water and pat dry on paper towels. Place the berries in a steaming bowl or high-sided skillet. Top with sugar. Leave it on for 6-8 hours.

Put the strawberries on low heat, bring to a boil, remove the foam and turn off the gas. When it cools down, repeat the procedure again. Then bring the jam to the desired thickness and pour into the jars.

To keep the berries in the jam in shape, choose freshly picked strawberries and cook in small portions.
Step 4
Strawberry banana cocktail
Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Fold in a blender, add some water and vanillin. Mix everything until smooth. Rinse the blender bowl and add the clean strawberries. Cover with sugar and beat well.
Step 5
Serve the soup as follows: pour banana puree on one half of the plate, and strawberry on the other. You don't need to mix. Place a spoonful of yogurt in the middle.

Strawberry cocktail
Peel the banana, cut into small pieces, mix with the cream and use a blender to puree. Add strawberries, sugar and bring to a smooth consistency.

Pour in milk and beat well again. Pour into glasses. Garnish with whole strawberries and banana slices.

Strawberry curd casserole
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Mix with cottage cheese and flour to make a smooth paste.
