Greens are known to contain valuable amino acids, vitamins, and fiber. But hardly anyone will use it in bunches in its natural form for maximum benefit. But drinking a green cocktail, where the taste of greens is complemented by a sweet banana and fresh cucumber, is very pleasant.
It is necessary
- - 10 g wheat greens
- - one cucumber
- - one banana
- - one piece of stalked celery
- - two apricots
- - a bunch of parsley
- - a bunch of dill
- - 250 ml of water
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the celery. Cut into slices. Tear the wheat greens with your hands. Do the same with dill, parsley.
Step 2
Wash the cucumber, cut into circles. Fold the cucumber, celery into a blender. Add wheat greens, parsley, dill to this. Pour in water, grind until smooth.
Step 3
Peel the banana. Wash the apricots. Free from bones. Add them to the green mass.
Step 4
Mix everything together until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices and banana slices as desired.
