I suggest you try making an unusual avocado smoothie with cucumber with the addition of spicy herbs, salt and pepper. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- - avocado - 2 pcs.;
- - rosemary greens - 3-4 branches;
- - lime (or lemon) - 1 pc.;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - sea salt - a pinch;
- - ice - 4-5 cubes.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly with water and dry a little. Cut the lime (or lemon) in half across. Squeeze juice from the pulp of one half (you need about 2 tablespoons of juice). Cut the other half of the lime into thin slices.
Step 2
Peel the avocado, cut it lengthwise into two parts, remove the pit. Coarsely chop the avocado pulp, put in a blender bowl and immediately pour lime juice (so that the avocado does not turn black).
Step 3
Peel the cucumbers. Cut each cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the remaining pulp into slices. Place the cucumbers in a blender bowl with the avocado.
Step 4
Rinse the rosemary greens thoroughly with water, pat dry with a paper towel and remove the coarse stems. Chop the leaves finely. Add herbs to avocados and cucumbers. Grind all prepared ingredients with a blender on low speed into a homogeneous puree. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour the drink into glasses. Place a few ice cubes in each glass. Decorate the dessert with lime slices. The drink is ready.
