Exotic avocado salads are a good option for exploring this unusual fruit. Until recently, it was considered a rare and amazing fruit, but now it is used in all kinds of salads as often as crackers. Avocado salad turns out to be light, tasty and does not require high costs.

- - 200-350 g fresh strawberries
- - 250-300 g of fresh cucumbers
- - 300-350 g of large ripe avocados
- - 100-150 ml lemon juice
- - 60-80 ml of walnut oil
- - 250-270 ml of olive oil
- - 50-60 g poppy seeds
- - 40-60 g freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Divide the avocado into two halves and carefully remove the pit with a sharp knife. Remove the skin from the avocado and cut into small pieces 1 cm thick. Pour lemon juice over the top so that the avocado does not darken.
Step 2
Wash the strawberries, dry them, cut off the tails and carefully cut them into slices. Peel the cucumber, cut into small rings. Place the avocado, strawberries and cucumbers on a flat dish.
Step 3
Pour lemon juice, olive oil and walnut oil into a large glass, add poppy seeds and a little pepper. Grind the ingredients with a blender, then pour the dressing into the gravy boat. Serve the sauce separately to season the salad to taste.
