Instructions
Step 1
Rice kutia with dried fruit Rinse the rice and leave to soak for 3 hours. Then boil the grains until tender, without adding salt to the water.
Step 2
Pour dried fruits with water, add 1 glass of sugar to them. Simmer until the dried fruit is tender. Cooked, put them in a colander and rinse in cold boiled water. Do not pour out any remaining syrup after cooking.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked rice grains and dried fruits to the finished dish. Pour the syrup in which the fruit was boiled. Wait until the syrup is absorbed into the food.
Step 4
Rice kutia with dried fruits and almonds Rinse 250 g of rice and cover it with cold water. Bring to a boil in unsalted water, then rinse the grains.
Step 5
Pour cold water over the rice again so that there is 2 times more water than the grains. Cook the rice over low heat until cooked without stirring. Rinse soft rice in boiled water and cool.
Step 6
Scald 100 g of raisins with boiling water.
Step 7
Take 100 g of almonds and scald them with boiling water. Mash the nuts with sugar. Add some water.

Add rice, raisins to the nuts. Sprinkle cinnamon on the ingredients, stir. Sprinkle the icing sugar over the dish.

Rice kutia with honey and jam Cook long-grain crumbly rice without salt, chill it.

Scald the raisins and candied fruits with boiling water until they become soft.
