Rice kutya is served at funeral dinners; you can also cook it at Christmas. Rice goes well with dried fruits, jam berries, candied fruits, poppy seeds.

- rice - 250 g;
- almonds - 100 g;
- raisins - 100 g;

- rice - 200 g;
- dried fruits - 200 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Third recipe:
- rice - 1 tbsp.;
- poppy - 100 g;
- almonds - 100 g;
- raisins - 100 g;
- sugar to taste;
- icing sugar - to taste;
- walnuts - for decoration.
- Fourth recipe:
- rice - 1 tbsp.;
- sugar to taste;
- berries or fruit from jam -1 tbsp.;
- candied fruit
- nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
First Recipe: Sort the rice, cover with water and bring to a boil. Place the rice in a sieve and rinse with cold water, then boil again in plenty of water until soft. Put the cooked rice back on a sieve and leave to cool. Scald and husk the almonds, then crush them. Combine almonds with granulated sugar, dilute the mixture with a little water. Combine the rice with the sugar-almond mixture and the well-washed raisins. Sprinkle the dish with powdered sugar and cinnamon, serve kutya with fruit jelly.
Step 2
The second recipe Sort out and wash the rice well, cook a crumbly porridge from it. Rinse dried fruits with cold water and boil with sugar. Combine them with rice porridge, put it in a deep dish and pour over the dried fruit syrup.
Step 3
Recipe 3: Rinse the rice, cover with water and simmer until tender. Throw the cooked rice for kutya on a sieve and let the water drain. Scald the poppy seeds with boiling water, drain and crush the poppy seeds with a rolling pin or mortar. Combine poppy seeds with crushed almonds, add a little water and stir. Stir the rice and raisins mixture well. Place the rice kutya in a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with chopped walnuts.
Step 4
The fourth recipe: Choose berries or fruits from jam, mix them with boiled rice. Add a little sweet water or almond milk to the finished kutya. Decorate the dish with candied fruits, nuts, dried fruits and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
