- -mayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms well, sort them out. Pour water into a saucepan, add mushrooms there. Boil them for 5-7 minutes. When it boils, the water should be slightly salted.

Remove the mushrooms and pat dry on a paper towel. Cut into small pieces.

Pour oil into a large skillet and heat it up. Put the mushrooms in it and fry for 15 minutes.

Pour the mushrooms with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and simmer until tender, covered. The mushrooms should be soft.
Step 5
Leave in the skillet over the lid for another 15 minutes to come through.
Step 6
