  • - 1 small carrot;
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3-4 medium-sized onions;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 300 ml of dry white wine;
  • - salt, pepper, thyme to taste;
  • - parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the whole gutted chicken carcass into portions. Rinse them in cool running water. Allow excess liquid to drain. Dry with paper towels. Peel the carrots and garlic. Also rinse in cool running water. Cut into small cubes, about 1 cm long. Piercing the chicken pieces with a sharp knife, stuff them with carrots and garlic. This will add extra flavor and aroma to the meat during baking. Put the prepared chicken pieces in a fireproof dish. There is no need to lubricate the mold with oil.

Peel the onions. Rinse the lemon and peeled onions in cool running water. Cut the lemon into thin slices, the onion into 4-6 parts, depending on the size of the heads. Place the chopped ingredients on top of the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme on top. Mix thoroughly. Pour in white wine.

Bake the chicken in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 ° C. Water the chicken from time to time with the liquid formed in the form.
