This is not just a tasty and satisfying dish, it is also a great way to serve ordinary buckwheat porridge.

You will need:

- buckwheat porridge - 1, 5-2 cups;

- chicken fillet - 300 g;

- onions - 2 pcs;

- garlic - 3 cloves;

- eggs - 3 pcs (1 raw and 2 boiled);

- greens to taste;

- a few feathers of green onions;

- salt, black pepper;

- milk - 2 tablespoons;

- vegetable oil.

Pass the chicken fillet with garlic and buckwheat porridge through a meat grinder. The resulting minced meat is the basis for cooking zraz. Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil until cooked and put it on the minced meat, add milk, salt, pepper, raw egg, finely chopped greens and mix thoroughly. Finely chop the boiled eggs, mix with chopped green onions, add salt and pepper, mix. We make cakes from minced meat, put the egg-onion filling in the middle of each, form zrazy and fry on both sides in sunflower oil. It is better if the zrazy are cooked over moderate heat and covered, otherwise there is a chance that they will burn on the outside, while remaining moist on the inside.

Semolina zrazy with meat filling

Semolina zrazy turns out to be lush and airy, and the meat filling gives the dish additional satiety. Previously, such zraz were often served in schools and kindergartens.

You will need:

- milk - 1 l;

- semolina - 1, 5 tbsp;

- any boiled meat - 300 g;

- onion - 1 piece;

- salt, spices;

- eggs - 2 pcs;

- butter - 50 g;

- flour for breading;

- sunflower oil.

Pour the milk into a saucepan (it is better to use an aluminum one), add salt, butter and bring to a boil. Pour semolina in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Cook the porridge for 5-7 minutes, it should be thick enough. Let the semolina cool slightly, add the raw eggs and mix thoroughly. Scroll boiled meat twice in a meat grinder or grind in a blender. Finely chop the onion, fry in sunflower oil, add to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix. We make a cake from the obtained semolina, put a teaspoon of the filling in the center and form the zrazy, roll them in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown. Such zrazy is served with sour cream.
