There are many known chicken dishes: it can be boiled, fried, baked or made into chops. And if you have some boiled chicken meat, it is perfect for salads.
"Festive" salad
A great recipe for a simple and quick salad. Thanks to the non-standard combination of ingredients, it turns out to be original and surprisingly tasty.
You will need:
- boiled chicken - 300 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs;
- ham - 250 g;
- hard cheese - 50g;
- tomato - 2-3 pcs;
- greens to taste;
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- mayonnaise.
Cut the chicken meat into small cubes and pour it into a bowl, add the cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Cut the ham, pickled cucumbers and eggs into strips and also pour into a bowl. Chop the greens, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, mix with the rest of the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
Chicken salad with canned beans
A simple and quick salad that is suitable for a festive table and for a home dinner.
You will need:
- smoked chicken - 300 g;
- boiled beets - 2 pcs;
- onion - 1 pc;
- egg - 2-3 pcs;
- canned red beans - 1 can;
- sugar - 1 pinch;
- sunflower oil;
- mayonnaise.
Cut the chicken meat into small even cubes, place it in a salad bowl, clean the beets, rub on a medium grater (you can squeeze the excess beet juice) and add to the chicken. Drain the brine from the beans and pour it into a salad bowl. Cut the onion into half rings, fry in sunflower oil until tender and add a pinch of sugar to it. We spread the finished onion in a salad bowl. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently.
