In the modern world, it is very rare to find a person who is indifferent to chops, vegetarians are an exception. The chop can be different - it can be a simple chop, after which a fried piece of meat or different modifications of the dish. Chops are made from any meat, it can be pork, and beef, and poultry fillets. This dish is very versatile, it can be served on its own or with almost any side dish.

- 1 large onion
- 1 small head of garlic
- juice of 1 orange
- 150-200g of any hard cheese
- 5 eggs
- about 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour

Step 1
There are a lot of ways to prepare chops, they can be cooked in breadcrumbs, in an egg, in a dough and with the addition of prunes, pineapple, mushrooms, pickled cucumbers or other ingredients.
Here's how to make poultry fillet chops:

Cut the fillet into portions approximately 1 cm thick.
Step 3
Wrap each piece in cling film and beat off on both sides, to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Step 4
Mix the orange juice with a tablespoon of olive oil and place the beaten fillet pieces in this mixture for pickling.
Step 5
Chop the onions very finely, and grate the garlic or pass through the garlic.

Grate the hard cheese on the finest grater, then mix with flour.

Beat the eggs, then add a little salt to them.

The marinated piece of meat must be salted and pepper on each side, then put a mixture of onion and garlic on each piece, then evenly spread over the entire piece.
