Roast turkey is a festive dish. The time spent on cooking will pay off with interest. Guests will appreciate your culinary skills.
It is necessary
- - 700 g turkey fillet;
- - 3 large potatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 2 medium bell peppers;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - 50 g of mayonnaise;
- - 4 slices of orange;
- - 0.5 lemons;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of granular mustard;
- - 3 drops of balsamic vinegar;
- - a sprig of rosemary;
- - a mixture of peppers.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the turkey meat under running water. Let the water drain. Cut into small pieces and place in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Melt honey in a water bath, combine with orange and granular mustard. Chop the garlic. Add soy sauce, pepper mixture, rosemary. Mix everything and combine with meat.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with meat and marinate for 8 hours.
Step 4
Peel the onion and chop finely. Place in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice squeezed from fresh lemon. Add 3 drops of balsamic vinegar. Leave on for 2 hours.
Step 5
After 8 hours, place the finished marinated turkey fillet in ceramic pots.
Step 6
Then lay out in layers. On top of the meat, pickled onions, grated carrots, chopped bell peppers, tomatoes and diced potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Dilute sour cream with mayonnaise with boiled water and pour into each pot.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking. Serve slightly cooled.
