- 5. walnuts.

Step 1
Cut the gingerbread cookies in half lengthwise, cut the bananas into slices, mix the sour cream with powdered sugar, chop the walnuts. Line the bowl with cling film, the edges of which should hang down.
Step 2
Dip the gingerbread slices in sour cream, place them in the bottom of the bowl, fill in the gaps with the gingerbread wreckage.
Step 3
Lay out the next layer of banana, then a layer of gingerbread, then bananas again. Sprinkle with nuts.
Step 4
The final layer is gingerbread. You can make more layers, it all depends on the size of your future gingerbread cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight, turn it over on a plate, remove the film. Garnish with cocoa powder, chocolate, or any other mouth-watering ingredient.
