- - 500 g fillet of white fish;
- - 200 g of mushrooms;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 1 glass of cream;
- - 1 onion;

Step 1
Cut fresh mushrooms into thin strips. You can take any mushrooms - oyster mushrooms, champignons, honey mushrooms. Peel the onion head, cut into half rings. Fry the onion with the mushrooms in hot vegetable oil, salt to taste.
