A very simple recipe for making delicious mushrooms. This dish will appeal to everyone, young and old. And will decorate any table.
For those who watch the weight - 90 kcal per 100 g of baked champignons.
The recipe is very convenient, firstly, the dish is prepared very quickly - the active cooking time is 15 minutes, secondly, it is very tasty, and thirdly, the simplest products are used in it. You don't have to run around the city looking for an unseen component.
Ingredients:
- large champignons - 10 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc. large or 2 small
- cheese - 150 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- salt and herbs to taste.
Cooking method:
- First, we process the mushrooms. Mine, cut out the legs and the inside of the cap. We do this very carefully so as not to damage the outer surface of the cap. Grind the legs and entrails.
- Finely chop the onion and mix with the chopped legs.
- Fry a mixture of onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil until soft, salt.
- Add sour cream and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- We turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
- Finely chop the greens, three cheese on a grater.
- Pour finely chopped greens into the mixture and mix, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese to the pan.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the finished filling and put them on a greased baking sheet or on a baking mat. Sprinkle each hat with grated cheese on top. We pour a little water.
- We put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven.
Put the finished baked champignons on a dish and decorate with herbs.
