It is necessary

  • - shrimps - 0.5 kg;
  • - dry white wine - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - butter - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - flour - 2 tsp;
  • - water - 400 ml;
  • - cream - 100 g;
  • -salt, paprika - based on taste preferences.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp well in cool water, dry with a napkin. You do not need to clean, remove shells from seafood. Any shrimp can be used for making soup, based on taste preferences.

Step 2

Put the washed shrimp, salt and butter in a non-stick dish, fry the seafood.

Step 3

Pour in dry white wine, water, flour, then cook for another 2 minutes, stirring the mass. Any wine can be used to taste. Then remove the dishes from the heat and leave the mixture to cool at room temperature.

Step 4

Remove the finished shrimp, pour the rest of the mixture into a separate container. Now the seafood should be peeled, separating the calf from the shells.

Step 5

Put the peeled shrimps back into the broth, chop the mass and mix with a blender. Then pour cream into the soup, and mix thoroughly again. This dressing gives the dish a delicate, creamy taste. You can add a little more or less cream if desired.

Step 6

After seasoning, the dish should not be heated too much (to a boil), as this will spoil its taste. Sprinkle with paprika before serving as desired.
