- flour - 2 tablespoons;
- milk - 150 g;
- lemon juice - a few drops;
- shrimp - 100 g;
- dill - for decoration;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Step 1
The recipe is for making 2 servings of the dish. If more volume is required, the amount of ingredients should be proportionally increased. It is necessary to boil the shrimp in salted water and then peel it. Any kind of shrimp is suitable for making a dish, based on taste preferences.

Beat the eggs until an airy consistency is obtained. Combine the whipped composition with milk, flour, salt, pepper. Stir the components thoroughly until smooth.

Put a small piece of butter in a preheated pan, pour the mass prepared for the omelet. Cover the dishes with a lid and place on low heat. Cooking time is 3-5 minutes.

Finely chop some of the dill, leave the other untouched to decorate the dish. Put the omelet in the form of a pancake on a plate, place prepared shrimps mixed with chopped herbs in the middle.
