  • milk - 1 liter;
  • flour - 550 g;
  • eggs - 7 pcs;
  • margarine - 350 g;
  • beer - 1 glass;
  • butter - 200 g;
  • sugar - 2 cups;
  • vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt margarine over low heat. Add flour and beer, and then knead into a soft dough. Divide the resulting dough into 10 balls of the same size.

Roll each one out on a separate sheet of baking paper. Pierce each cake with a fork in several places.

Transfer the dough sheet to a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 190 oC, bake until golden brown. Repeat this process with all other cakes.

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream. Mash eggs and granulated sugar with flour and a pinch of vanilla. Add half of the milk to the mixture and stir well so that there are no lumps left.

Step 5

Pour the whole mixture in small portions into a portion of the milk warmed up in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and then cool it. Add softened butter and whisk in the cream.

Step 6

Spread the resulting cream on all the cakes, gradually stacking them on top of each other. You can put some weight on top to make the Napoleon cake donkey. After that, sprinkle it with crumbs and place in the refrigerator for 10 hours to soak.

Step 7

You can serve ready-made Napoleon cake on beer to the table, garnished with roses, berries or slices of apricots, pears and apples.
