Step 1
To make a delicious apple pie, prepare the dough first. Soften the butter, place in a medium bowl and whisk with the granulated sugar. Add one chicken egg and beat again.

Take a lemon and use a grater to separate the lemon zest, add it to the oil mixture. Then start adding flour in small portions. Knead the dough, make sure that no lumps remain.

Wrap the finished dough with cling film so that it does not stick to your hands and rolling pin. Roll out a layer slightly larger than the baking dish, leaving excess dough to form the rims of the cake. Leave a small amount of dough to make a wire rack. Transfer the dough into a mold, make the sides.
