This dish is a representative of the Belarusian cuisine. It is prepared very simply and it turns out very tasty. The main thing is not to overdo the green peas and not overdry the chicken.

It is necessary

  • - 1 kg chicken breast fillet
  • - 1 can of green peas
  • - 150 g smoked brisket
  • - ½ tsp pepper black and red
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • - 100 g butter
  • - 1 medium onion
  • - salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Put butter in a cup, add pepper mixture, garlic and a pinch of salt. Let's mix everything.

Step 2

Salt and pepper the chicken fillet. Fry until golden brown for 2 minutes on each side. Then we transfer to a baking sheet. Put spiced butter on top of each piece of fillet.

Step 3

We heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the chicken there for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4

While fillet is preparing, we will make a side dish. To do this, chop the onion in half rings, finely chop the brisket. Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet over medium heat. sunflower oil. Put the brisket and onion there and fry, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, until the onion becomes soft.

Step 5

Add green peas, salt to taste and fry for another 5 minutes. Then we remove from the fire.

Step 6

Take the finished breasts out of the oven, put them on the board and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Then cut each fillet into 3-4 slices and serve on a plate of peas and bacon. Pour juice from a baking sheet over the chicken.
