Instructions

Step 1

First we need to peel and chop the onion. So that your eyes do not water when cutting onions, it is moistened in cold water. After that, fry the onion in oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Then we wash the liver, dry it, cut it into pieces and fry it along with the onion. Turn on the fire harder and fry the meat for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and add the herbs.

We fry for 2 minutes, add cream, salt, pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Grind the cooked liver in a blender, add margarine and mix.
