Many people love pies, but they rarely cook them themselves, because it takes a lot of time. Today we will tell you how to make a delicious pie from improvised products, namely: from sausage and cheese.

  • - Sour cream 4 tbsp. the spoon
  • - Margarine 180 gr

Step 1

Let's start with the fact that we grate the margarine into a bowl using a grater, you need to take the margarine cold, but it is better to first put it in the freezer for about an hour.

Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream.

Toss in a pinch of soda, quenched in lemon juice.

We break one egg, mix everything and add one and a half cups of flour. The dough will become thick, so it is better to knead it with your hands.

Let's let the dough rest, but for now let's get to the filling.

Cut the onion into small cubes and put it on a preheated pan (pour a little olive oil into the pan).

Finely chop the garlic and add it to the onion.

As well as onion, we cut the "Odessa" sausage into cubes and throw it into the pan. We chose "Odessa" sausage, as it is smoked, with bacon and will give juiciness to our filling.

While the sausage is fried, we will cut more greens, take whatever you like best.

Turn off the pan and rub into it, to the sausage, two processed cheese.

And the last ingredient to add to the filling is two eggs in the pan. We just break them up and mix the whole mass.

We take the dough and divide it into two parts. We roll out one part with a rolling pin and put it on the bottom of the cake tin, carefully distributing it so that a side with a height of 2-3 cm remains.

Cover everything on top with the second half of the dough, bending the upper part under the lower so that the cake does not spread out later. To prevent the dough from bubbling during baking, you need to make small holes with a knife.

We put it in the oven. You need to bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
