The basket recipe will not leave you indifferent. You can use any filling - condensed milk, jam, or fresh berries.
It is necessary
- - 100 g margarine;
- - 165 g flour;
- - 1 yolk;
- - 65 g of icing sugar;
- - 65 g of nuts;
- - vanilla extract
- For filling:
- - 250 g apricots in syrup;
- - 200 g apricot jam;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 3 squirrels;
- - 6 g of gelatin;
- - 60 g of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill the gelatin with water for half an hour, and remove the margarine from the refrigerator. Set the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Lightly fry the peeled and washed nuts in a pan and chop.
Step 2
Combine room temperature margarine with powdered sugar and yolk. Add nuts, sifted flour to the mixture and replace the dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough 3 mm thick and refrigerate. Then place the dough in the molds, leaving a depression in the center for the filling.
Step 4
Bake the baskets for 12 minutes at 200 degrees. Readiness can be determined in gold color.
Step 5
Whisk the chilled whites and sugar in a separate bowl. Beat at the highest speed until white peaks. Without stopping whisking, pour the gelatin brought to a boil into the mixture.
Step 6
Fill a pastry bag with whipped cream. Put the apricot into the recess of the baskets, then jam and squeeze the cream out of the pastry bag on top. Top can be sprinkled with pastry sprinkles.
