Such a Korean dish as sapso turns out to be unusually tasty and mouth-watering, and it is quite simple to prepare. This unusual soup has a spicy taste.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of beef;
- 1 medium onion;
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour (with a slide);
- 150 g white cabbage;
- 1 carrot;
- a couple of garlic cloves;
- salt, chili and black pepper, sugar - 1 pinch each.
Preparation:
- First you need to wash the meat, cut off the films and fat, and then cut into small enough pieces. They need to be folded into a deep saucepan or cup and add pepper, salt and granulated sugar there. Garlic, minced with a garlic press, is also added to the meat.
- The resulting mass, after being thoroughly mixed, is covered tightly with a lid and removed to the refrigerator shelf. After about an hour, the meat will be marinated properly.
- A frying pan with a thick bottom must be placed on a hot stove and, after it is well heated, put the meat into it. Remember not to add cooking oil. Reduce heat to medium and, stirring regularly, cook the beef for about 10 minutes.
- While the meat is cooking, you can start preparing the vegetables. So, you need to peel and wash the carrots. Then, using a sharp knife, it is cut into not very large bars.
- Chopped carrots are poured into a skillet with meat and everything is fried for another 10 minutes. And then finely chopped cabbage and onion cut into thin half rings are poured into it. Continue frying the meat and vegetables for another 5 minutes, while stirring them systematically.
- Then the contents of the pan are laid out in a saucepan or stewpan and a liter or a half of water is poured into the same. After the liquid boils, you should reduce the heat to a minimum and let the dish sweat for 20-30 minutes.
- A small amount of broth poured into a cup must be mixed with flour. This mixture is poured into a saucepan. After the liquid in the pan boils again, the dish can be considered ready and can be removed from the stove.
- Usually soup such as sapso is served with rice grits, which must be cooked separately. But whether you want to add it or not is up to you.
