If you want to please your loved ones and cook a very appetizing and aromatic soup for lunch, then you should definitely pay attention to this recipe. Creamy soup is very easy to prepare, no special efforts are required.

- • 2 liters of water;
- • 300 g minced meat (chicken or turkey);
- • 1 medium-sized carrot;
- • 1 chicken egg;
- • sunflower oil (it is recommended to use odorless);
- • fresh herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the required amount of water into a small saucepan and place on a hot stove.

After that, remove the peel from the potatoes and rinse thoroughly. Using a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into small cubes. Pour the chopped potatoes into a saucepan with water. After the liquid boils, the heat should be reduced. Boil potato tubers until cooked.

Remove the husk from the onion, rinse it in cold water and cut it into small cubes using a sharp knife. You also need to remove the peel from the carrots and rinse it thoroughly. Then it is crushed with a coarse grater.

Put the frying pan on a hot stove and pour vegetable oil into it. After the oil is heated, chopped onion is laid out. Reduce the heat to medium and sauté the vegetable until golden brown.

Then put the prepared carrot in a frying pan next to the onion. Continue to fry the vegetables until cooked through, stirring regularly.

Salt and pepper can now be added to minced meat (to taste). It also breaks 1 chicken egg. Everything is thoroughly kneaded and meatballs are formed.
