Have you ever made a chicken liver cake? If not, then it's worth trying to make a voiced dish. The offal cake turns out to be hearty and tasty, and its preparation does not take much time. Such food can become a real decoration of the festive table.

It is necessary

  • -600 g of chicken liver;
  • -250 ml fresh milk;
  • -3 chicken eggs;
  • -1 glass of wheat flour;
  • -1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 3 large carrots and a head of onion;
  • -mayonnaise;
  • -greens optional.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare chicken liver: rinse it, remove dirt, grind it with a blender.

Break the eggs into the liver mass, add butter, milk, flour (salt can be omitted, since the chicken liver cake is coated with mayonnaise). Stir the ingredients until smooth, there should be no lumps. The liver pancake dough is ready. Do not be alarmed, the workpiece will turn out to be liquid, it should be so.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan of your choice. Armed with a spoon or small ladle, pour the liver dough into the pan, spread over the entire diameter.

Bake the tortilla as you would with regular pancakes: on both sides until browned.

Fry the liver pancakes until the dough runs out. Do not season the pan with fat anymore, as the dough contains sunflower oil.
